| STAMFORD - The Aristotle Corp. (NASDAQ: ARTL, ARTLP) has declared cash dividends of 19 cents and 21 cents per share, respectively, on outstanding shares of Series I Preferred Stock and Series J Preferred Stock. The dividends are payable on September 30 to holders of record on September 18.
