NEW HAVEN - Metaserver Inc., a developer of business process integration (BPI) software, announced that it has entered into strategic reseller partnership agreements with Atlanta-based Seagull (AEX: SEAGULL), a vendor of legacy access and integration software. Under the agreements, Seagull and Metaserver have added each other's technology into their product lines and will market and sell the new product combinations. This results in end-to-end support for legacy connectivity, business process integration and Web services to enable customers to leverage legacy applications across their extended enterprises.
