HADDAM - Environmental Compliance Services (ECS) and Marin Environmental Inc. have merged. Both established in the early 1980s, the firms service market sectors including government, industrial, institutional, insurance, municipal, petroleum, real estate/due diligence and utilities. Services include: air quality/industrial hygiene, brownfields and site redevelopment, construction engineering support, cost recovery, environmental management systems, emergency response management, geographic information systems, health and safety training, regulatory compliance and permitting, site characterization and remediation, storage-tank management, and water resources and wastewater management.
With major offices in Haddam and Agawam, Mass., the consolidated ECS/Marin will employ some 200 geologists, hygienists, scientists, engineers and GIS specialists.
