| BETHANY - Bethwood Crossing, LLCX has purchased 171 Amity Road for $360,000. The office-showroom facility sited on 1.7 acres will be converted to multi-tenant office use. The seller, the estate of Bernard Burge, was represented by Stephen Press of Press/Cuozzo Realtors. Colonial Properties' Gary Richitelli represented the buyer.
