Sierra Intl. Taps BCB for Branding

MERIDEN - Sierra International has selected the BCB Group to lead a major branding and design effort for its Sierra Marine Brand. The program will begin in the fourth quarter of the 2002 campaign and carry through 2003. Along with the new brand image, a new logo, packaging and tag line will be introduced. Sierra's new identity will be incorporated in all print and electronic communications.
Sierra International, a supplier of parts and accessories to the marine industry, is a subsidiary of Teleflex/Morse. The BCB Group provides marketing, advertising, merchandising and public relations services. Its subsidiary, byDesign Inc., offers creative media services including interactive multimedia, Web site development, video production and meeting and event production.
byDesign has also been assigned the development of a new Web site for IAE International Aero Engines based in East Hartford, a multinational company that manages the development, production and aftermarket services of the V2500 aero engine family.
