Pru Realty Nabs a HOBI

ROCKY HILL - Prudential Connecticut Realty has earned a 2002 Home-Building Industry (HOBI) award from the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Connecticut for "Best-Marketed Mid-Sized Community." The award recognizes the marketing program developed for Kings Landing, a 44-single-family-home community on Matianuck Avenue in Windsor, designed for adults 55 and older. After 22 months of marketing and sales activity, just two of the 44 homes remain unsold.
HOBI awards recognize excellence in design, construction, land development, financing and sales and marketing by members of HBA.
