For the sports-minded, Trailblazer caters to outdoors and running enthusiasts. It carries everything from backpacks and travel bags to running shoes. If you are into spending nights under the stars, Trailblazer can fix you up with a tent and camping accessories. The store carries variety of outdoor clothing as well as equipment for the snow enthusiasts. Horse Country
From the finest English leather saddles and boots to equine-themed jewelry and gifts, Horse Country has it all. Housed in a century-old store that once sold feed and grain, Horse Country has been serving the equestrian set for the past 25 years. But you won't find any Western riding stuff here; Horse Country is for hard core English-style riders. There are riding clothes for men, women and children, crops, dressage whips, cross-country equipment and a special selection of Hunter jumper equipment. There's clothing for the horse, too - blankets, sheets, rain sheets and quarter rugs. If you know your horse stuff, this is the place to find it (treats for Whinny, too). Horse Country also offers on-the-premises repairs to all leather goods including saddles and bridles, bits and whips, and custom fitting of all saddles and hardware to your steed. Oh yes, there's a fine collection of horse- and non-horse-related antiques, too.

The Woodbridge Running Co.
This store caters to all levels and runners and fitness walkers. The staff of experienced runners offers customers a free foot and gait analysis to insure a proper fit from more than 100 styles of running and walking shoes. Customers can even test drive the sneakers around the parking lot before purchasing them. The staff also works with podiatrists for the proper fitting of orthotics.

North Cove Outfitters
This two-story, 22,000-square-foot store has been an adventure outfitter in southern New England since 1988. It features equipment and apparel for backpacking, camping, fly-fishing, hiking, canoeing and kayaking and shooting sports. There is also a wide selection of sportswear, swimwear, skiwear, footwear, books, gifts and videos.

Rimagé Salon & Spa is the perfect place to pamper yourself - or, better yet, treat that special someone in your life to one-on-one special treatment. The spa is a full-service beauty facility focusing on hair, skin, nail and body care. A licensed massage therapist is also on hand to get rid of those tension aches and pains. Aroma therapy has been incorporated into many of Rimagé's services. The spa, set in a restored 1850s Second French Empire structure, also provides grooming services for men, including an old-fashioned hot towel shave. Saybrook Point Inn & Spa is a luxurious day spa on the premises of Saybrook Point Inn, right on Long Island Sound in Old Saybrook. The location could not be more conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation, and the services and products offered are top-shelf all the way. Services may be enjoyed individually, or in a package. Gift certificates are available. An array of facials and skin treatments are available, as are different methods of massages (Swedish, shiatsu, sports massage and more). A full complement of beauty services - waxings, makeup application, manicures, pedicures - are likewise offered. There is also an indoor and an outdoor pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Packages offer a selection of several popular services at a discount, and have such enticing names as Day of Indulgence and Day of Tranquility. Those interested in more exotic treatments may want to try the spa's seaweed body wrap.

She's a grand old flag, she's a high-flying holiday gift and since 1934 Marvin Display has handled a complete line of store fixtures and flags. While U.S. flags ranging in size from 24 by 36 inches to 12 by 18 feet are currently popular, historical, international, military, marine, religious and sports flags are also sold here. Custom and promotional flags for home or business are no problem for the staff to design. They can even advise on flag etiquette.

Its Italian slate billiard and pool tables come in a variety of finishes, colors, and textures.
