MILFORD - The owners of the Westfield Shoppingtown Connecticut Post mall have agreed to spend more than $1 million to create a small park at the rear of the property, along the Indian River. Attorneys for Westfield presented a drawing of the park to the town Planning & Zoning Board's Planning Committee on February 11. The 80-foot by 500-foot park will be near the 3.5 acres that the mall is buying from the city for $52,000.
