People's IT Pro Probes Cyber-Crime

BRIDGEPORT - Ed Gabrys of New Haven, an IT principal at People's Bank, has authored a chapter on international cyber-crime for the fourth edition of the Information Security Management Handbook, published by Auerbach Publishing. In it Gabrys' describes businesses' international exposure to computer-based crime including current vulnerabilities and the growing threat of cyber-terrorism.
A 17-year People's veteran, Gabrys is a member of the Information Systems Security Association and the Connecticut chapter of Infragard. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Specialist.
