| MILFORD - Discount retailer Target may be targeting the fourth anchor spot in an expanded Westfield Shoppingtown Connecticut Post Mall, according to published reports. Previously the Minneapolis-based discount chain sued the Orange Zoning Board of Appeals over the latter's denial of variances needed for a Target store to be built on the Boston Post Road. The case is awaiting a judge's decision. Westfield has applied to build a 400,000-square-foot expansion, despite Macy's pulling out of the project late last year. The expansion plan shows a fourth anchor store to join Filene's, Sears and JCPenney.
