| MADISON - The firm Internet Crimes Inc. (www.internetcrimes.com) has launched a new investigative services division specializing in electronic discovery and computer forensics. Known as Internet Crimes Investigative Services, the group will help corporate clients and law firms obtain digital evidence and maintain a "chain of custody" to ensure that evidence is not compromised. Company officials say they can obtain deleted or hidden files from computers, cell phones and hand-held digital assistants to be used in litigation or as part of internal corporate investigations. The company houses an 11,000-square-foot secure lab in Madison outfitted with computer forensic equipment.
