Global Law Firm Chooses Transcentive

| SHELTON - Transcentive Inc., which provides software and outsourcing services for stock plans and global entity management, announced earlier this month that its World Records division has partnered with global law firm Baker & McKenzie to provide B&M clients with outsourcing services for corporate subsidiary management. B&M will use the World Records IV application, a Web-based app that enables global corporate record entry and access. Hosted by Transcentive or installed on a local network, World Records IV manages information typically needed by the office of the corporate secretary, tax, legal, compliance and HR departments. For companies with hundreds of subsidiaries, the application can capture corporate information for each entity including subsidiary type, where incorporated, lists of shareholders, directors, officers and organizational charts.
