| HAMDEN - The former Pegasus Manufacturing Plant at 800 Sherman Avenue has been sold for $1,235,000 to the Superior Printing Ink Co. of Hamden, which will expand into the new facility. The facility is a 30,000-square-foot industrial building set on 3.8 acres. Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Realtors brokered the transaction.
