| NORTH HAVEN - A 3.45-acre parcel of land at 260-264 State Street has been sold by Big-Sky State St. LLC to Raymond Pantalena for $495,000. Pantalena plans to erect a new pharmaceutical/medical building, scheduled for completion by September, on the site. Press/Cuozzo commercial agent Joel Nesson Sr. represented Pantalena in the transaction, while David Melillo and Paul Roy of H. Pearce Co., Realtors represented the seller. Nesson will be leasing agent for the new facility.
