| MILFORD - A mixed-use building at 670-680 Boston Post Road housing more than 60,000 rentable square feet has been sold to investment group 670 Milford Realty LLC for $6,825,000. Built in 1999, the facility has 27,000 square feet of commercial speace for retail and office tenants on the ground floor, with 32 two-bedroom apartments on the second and third story totaling more than 32,000 square feet. Matthew Keefe, president of the Westport-based HK Group, represented both the buyer and the seller, 260 River, LLC, in the transaction.
