| DERBY - Three new leases have been finalized for space at Shop-Rite Plaza, 49 Pershing Drive: Pet-supplies retailer Petlands Discount has leased 2,750 feet of space. Naugatuck Valley Savings & Loan has leased 1,950 square feet for a full-service branch. Also, Valley Medical Supply Inc. leased 12,000 square feet for its corporate headquarters and distribution center, combined with a 3,600-square-foot retail store. Steve Spector of Colonial Properties represented the plaza's owner, 49 Pershing Drive LLC of Norwalk, in the lease transactions.
