SHELTON - TranSwitch Corp. (NASDAQ: TXCC) has entered into a strategic alliance agreement with Samsung Electronics to become a preferred supplier and strategic partner of the Samsung Network Broadband Division for the development of their next generation networking solutions. TranSwitch, a developer and global supplier of high-speed VLSI semiconductor solutions to original equipment manufacturers, serves three fast-end-markets: the Worldwide Public Network Infrastructure, the Internet infrastructure, and corporate Wide Area Networks (WANs).
