SHELTON - Transcentive, a provider of software and services for global equity plan management, has launched Transcentive Customer First, a program to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Software and services professionals segmented by geographic region will support Transcentive Customer First. The team, whose sole objective is to delight the customer, will frequently contact each of the company's more than 3,000 customers. The group has no sales or revenue-related quotas, but rather is focused on making Transcentive an exceptional partner for its customers.
