BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport Mayor John Fabrizi met June 24 with developer Arthur R. Hersh and Angel Commercial's Jon Angel to view renderings and get an update on the status of a proposed four-story, $10 million luxury apartment building . The 3336 Fairfield Avenue project - a gated complex featuring predominantly two-bedroom/two-bath units - is expected to take 18 to 24 months to complete. Black Rock native Hersh's most recent development is Stratfield Falls, a $20 million residential complex on the Fairfield/Easton town line. The new project, tentatively called River Bank Apartments, remains contingent on approvals from the city's Planning & Zoning, Zoning Board of Appeals and Coastal Area Management Commission, among others.
