Press/Cuozzo Realtors has hired Ted Schaffer for its commercial, industrial and investment sales. Schaffer worked for the FIP Corp. as manager for the company's Real Estate operations before his promotion to vice president of the corporation and president of its real estate operations
Cheryl Rennie-Smith has joined Press/Cuozzo Realtors. Rennie-Smith is a graduate of the New Haven Real Estate School and is a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
