HAMDEN - A three-story commercial building at 3321 Whitney Avenue has been sold to real-estate investment company Three River, LLC for $359,900. The office/residential facility houses 3,700 square feet and has parking for a dozen autos. Albert Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Realtors represented the sellers, David and Laurie Mui, while the buyer was represented by attorney William Raccio.
