ORANGE - CTI Industries Inc. has purchased a 22,000-square-foot commercial/industrial building at 283 Indian River Road for $1.1 million. A service company that specializes in stream condenser and heat exchanger repair, CTI developed a tube repair technique that is among the most widely uised cost-effective systems in the world. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, or Vidal/Wettenstein in Westport represented CTI, while John Bergin of George J. Smith & Son in Milford represented the seller.
