After Merger, Insignia Office To Close

NEW HAVEN — The Insignia ESG office in New Haven will close following the company’s merger with CB Richard Ellis, combining two of the nation’s largest commercial brokerage firms. The merger was consummated July 23. Insignia had two New Haven agents working from an office at 234 Church Street, while Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis recently employed five at its Audubon Court office.
