MILFORD — Peter Hebert, who is retiring, has sold John Hebert Jewelers, on the Milford Green, to Joseph and Louise Hebert, his younger brother and sister-in-law. Both are graduates of the Gemology Institutute of America. The third-generation family business was established by Felix Hebert in 1923. For a time the Heberts also had retail stores in Seymour and Cheshire. Originally on River Street, the Heberts’ Milford store is at 14 Broad Street.
