USPS Stages Trade Fair

WALLINGFORD — On Thursday, October 23, the Connecticut District Postal Customer Council will hold its 15th anniversary Fall Seminar & Vendor Show from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Mountainside in Wallingford.
Educational seminars featuring guest speakers from the U.S. Postal Service and mailing industry will include "Networking for Small Businesses," "Address Hygiene/Mailpiece Design," "USPS.com," "Mailing More Effectively," "Confirm and Identity Theft." Workshop attendees will be awarded certificates of completion.
Vendors will exhibit their products and services throughout the event.
Carrington Co., Robinson Tape & Label and Clayton’s Mercantile Supply will be among the exhibitors. A "dine-around" food court featuring continental breakfast and lunch, raffle drawings and mailing equipment previews will be stationed in the vendor area.
This year’s show has a Halloween theme. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume and best decorated booth. For more information, call 203-782-7201.
