| WATERTOWN - Stebco Printing, a Watertown-based family business, last month became Velocity Print Communications. The change marks the culmination of a five-year capital improvement campaign that began when Jim Stiles of Newton purchased the company in 1997. Since then, according to Stiles, annual sales at the 20-year-old printing company have grown from $2.2 million to $4 million this year, and Velocity’s customer base now extends from New York to Boston. Stiles notes that Velocity’s core business comprises promotional materials such as brochures, sell sheets, pocket folders, catalogues, posters, coupon pads and the like.
