STAMFORD - Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) has announced that its Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) Intranet Site has been nominated for an International EMMA Award (Electronic Multimedia Award) for excellence in digital media content creation in the category of internal communications for its online Intranet site. The award showcases the functionality of the site and PBMS' ability to integrate operations and connect a distributed workforce.
Developed through a partnership with Oberon Interactive, an Internet professional services company based in Toronto, the site is designed to creates a sense of community among multiple client sites and includes peer-to-peer information and resource sharing that has helped push business processes to a high stage of evolution.
