The Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Administration are accepting nominations for the fourth annual Athena Award.
Nominees must meet all criteria: assist women in reaching their full leadership potential; demonstrate excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession; and provide valuable service by devoting time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.
The award also recognizes men who make it possible for women to succeed.
Submission deadline is October 10 and nomination forms can be mailed: c/o Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 266, Wallingford, CT 06492 or faxed to 203-269-1358.
