MADISON - Five new leases have been signed at the Marketplace at Madison. The new 20,000-square-foot retail/office project on the Boston Post Road is opposite Hammonasset Park and accessible via Exit 62 off I-95. New tenants include Beyond the Stork, a children's furniture and accessories store; Cohen's Bagels; Demoiselle Yoga & Wellness Center; Elegance Marble, Tile & Granite; and Lacrosse Unlimited, the Northeast's largest retail lacrosse sporting goods store. Richard Guralnick, CCIM, of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transactions.
