HAMDEN -About 2,500 square feet of retail space at 1225 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, formerly home to a neighborhood drug store, has been subleased to Jimmy's, Connecticut, which sells hip hop, urban street clothing and shoes and has several other stores around the state. The space was remodeled by Jimmy's to reflect the "urban groove" of Jimmy's clothing and footwear lines. Kristin Geenty of the Geenty Group, Realtors, was listing agent for this transaction.
