| WESTBROOK - Children's clothier Cool Brands 4 Kids opened 4,745-square-foot store at Westbrook Factory Stores over Columbus Day weekend. Cool Brands 4 Kids features brand-name apparel by Fila, Harley Davidson, Dockers, Buffalo, Nike, Avirex, Lucky Brand, Barbie, Spiderman as well as NFL-licensed attire. It also sells Nickelodeon-branded children's clothing including Dora the Explorer and Sponge Bob Square Pants. Located at the Westbrook Factory Stores at 314 Flat Rock Place, Suite C1200, Cool Brands 4 Kids is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and Sundays from 10 to 6 p.m. Westbrook Factory Stores is owned and operated by Charter Oak Partners, an affiliate of Rothschild Realty in Vienna, Va. Charter Oak Partners owns and operates nine outlet centers nationwide.
