NEW HAVEN: On November 19, the Gateway Community College Foundation will honor five individuals who have distinguished themselves in community affairs at the Foundation's Sixth Annual Hall of Fame Dinner to be held at the Grassy Hill Country Club in Orange. News Channel 8 Weather Anchor, Geoff Fox will be the master of ceremonies as local corporations, businesses and residents of the Greater New Haven area come together to honor five outstanding individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the community.
This years inductees are Ms. Shelley D. Geballe, Co-President and Co-Founder of Connecticut Voices for Children, Jon Hitchcock, President and General Manager of WTNH-TV and WCTX-TV, Guy Ortoleva, Gateway Community College Alumnus and Director of the Connecticut Film Office,
Kevin Walsh, Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of the New Haven Register, and Mitchell Young, Publisher of Business New Haven.
