NEW HAVEN - As charities and non-profits are forced to tighten purse strings, Allegra Print & Imaging is stepping in to help. The Chapel Street printer will offer qualified not-for-profits up to 50 free customized posters to help promote fundraisers or other special events. The "Posters with Purpose" program is part of the printer's Community Care Campaign, a nationwide effort supported by the company's franchise headquarters, Allegra Network.
"As not-for-profit organizations are forced to reduce spending, many times the first thing to be eliminated is marketing," says Allegra proprietor Patricia Kasko. "So their visibility goes down at a time when it should be even greater. "Posters with a Purpose" is designed to help organizations increase event attendance and strengthen public awareness." Details are available by calling 203-865-5006 or visiting www.allegranewhaven.com.
