NEW HAVEN - DSL.net Inc. has engaged Investor Relations International (IRI) as part of a strategic communications program to increase DSL.net's visibility in the investment community. "We have been successful in our efforts over the past two years to position DSL.net as an attractive investment opportunity in the business-broadband sector," said Robert J. DeSantis, DSL.net's' CFO. "Now that our ongoing strategic acquisitions and cost-reduction measures are yielding meaningful progress in the form of improved operational and financial results, it is the right time for us to expand our investor relations activities. In addition, the $30 million in new financing that we closed in the third quarter has strengthened our financial position and provided us with additional growth capital."
