Celebrating the accomplishments of Connecticut architects and the excellence of Connecticut architectural projects, ranging from various built projects - residential, commercial and educational, community projects, sustainable architecture and preservation - to unbuilt projects and "Architecture: The Encompassing Art." The 2003 program conferred 17 awards in six categories. Jurors for the 2003 Design Awards were Belmont Freeman, AIA, Belmont Freeman Architects, New York; MartinFinio, Christoff: Finio architecture, New York; and Rodolfo Machado, Associate AIA, Machado & Silvetti Associates,Inc., Boston.
