CROMWELL - Lt. Governor M. Jodi Rell will help present Advanced Copy Technologies Inc. of Cromwell with a customer-satisfaction honor from J.D. Power & Associates on December 22. Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2004, ACT is one of the first nine companies in the U.S. to be certified for providing an "outstanding customer experience" from the national marketing information firm. J.D. Power & Associates' certified dealer programs help customers and prospects identify office equipment dealers that provide superior service. The certified dealer designation for Advanced Copy Technologies specifically applies to the sales and services the company provided for Kyocera Mita America products. Advanced Copy Technologies is run by Greg and Cindi Gondek.
