| MADISON - Middletown-based Liberty Bank has opened its 34th Connecticut branch at 859 Boston Post Road. The site, the newly renovated Bushnell house, features a drive-up ATM and teller window, drive-up night depository and on-site parking. A grand opening celebration is slated for 10 a.m. on January 24. Established in 1825, Liberty is the state's oldest mutual bank, with some 170,000 customers throughout the central, eastern and shoreline regions of Connecticut.
