Tallan Acquires Pinnacle

GLASTONBURY - Tallán Inc. has announced that it will acquire Pinnacle Decision Systems Inc. of Middletown, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Based in Glastonbury, Tallán is an applications and systems development services firms.
Pinnacle Decisions Systems is a specialty computer consulting and software development company focusing on development, creative design and business consulting. "Pinnacle is pleased to be joining forces with Tallán," says Pinnacle CEO Stephen Brown. "Tallán's extensive expertise in applications and systems
development, combined with Pinnacle's Microsoft background, will result in more innovation for all of our clients." Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Glastonbury and employee-owned, Tallán is a professional services firm providing customized technology solutions to Global 2000 and brand name online firms. It also has offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, New York and Washington, D.C.
