Comcast Leases in Guilford

GUILFORD - Comcast of Connecticut Inc. has leased 5,000 feet of Class A office space at Concept Park, 741 Boston Post Road. Frank Hird and Jeff Kravet of OR&L Commercial brokered the lease and also negotiated the lease buyout by previous tenant Standard Motor Products from landlord Provident Concept. Josh Parsons of the Northeast Property Group assisted in the transaction. OR&L is marketing an additional full floor in the building (17,706 square feet) for sublease at $12.50/foot plus electric.
