NEW HAVEN - Michael Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC announces the sale of 347-51 Whalley Avenue and 459-63 Winthrop Avenue for $230,000. Sellers of the two-building commercial property, which houses six stores and one apartment, were S&S Realty; the buyers are Kathy Ou and Jackline Au of Hamden and New York. The price is $230,000. Gordon represented the seller, while Mina Patel of Beazley, Hamden represented the buyer. Private financing was arranged.
