NEW HAVEN - Steve Witten, Victor Nolletti and Jeff Gorodensky of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services were sole brokers in the sale of the Brook Hollow Apartments, 430 Eastern Street, to a subsidiary of the Hanrock Group, LLC, a private real estate development and management company. Oak Crest Brook Hollow LP sold the ten-building, 84-unit property for $4.6 million. Sited on 4.7 acres, the apartment complex was built in 1986. The acquisition represents Hanrock's second multi-family purchase in Connecticut.
