WESTBROOK - Kristin T. Geenty of the Geenty Group, Realtors, announced the sale of a three-story, newly constructed commercial or office building at 1160 Boston Post Road to John Thimm of Killingworth for $312,000. Built by Edward Lombardi, the structure closely resembles the 18th-century structure which was previously on the lot at the corner of Old Clinton Road. The buyer says he has several tenants lined up to occupy space in the building located in the new "village-friendly" commercial town center zone. Sellers were builder Ed Lombardi and Albert Coccomo of A. Coccomo Real Estate in Old Saybrook, represented by Geenty's Arthur J. Randolph. Thimm, who is affiliated with the Sterling Co., Realtors, in Middletown, represented himself.
