NEW HAVEN - The William M. Hotchkiss Co. has announced the creation of a new division: Hotchkiss Residential Management (HRM). "This arm of our organization will focus on management of smaller residential and condominium properties," said Richard H. Coote, principal. This newly created portfolio currently consists of properties in the New Haven, Meriden and New Britain areas. Hotchkiss specializes in commercial and residential management, leasing and brokerage. Currently managing over one million square feet of commercial and residential real estate, the company offers an in-house maintenance service, centralized accounting, construction management and consulting services.
