OLD SAYBROOK - Kevin C. Geenty, SIOR, of the Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased a portion of a 7,500-square-foot multi-tenant office unit with common lobby, lavatories, etc. Orchard Hill Associates, LLC, has leased 1,000 feet of office space in the Old Saybrook Business Park at 139 Mill Rock Road East, owned by Mill Rock Leasing, LLC. David Adams of East Lyme is president of Orchard Hill Associates. He was the founder and former owner of Flowers, USA, a business he sold to FTD. Orchard Hill will market a specialty line of locally produced pasta sauce products. Ava Romeo's homemade marinara will be marketed nationwide through grocery chains, wholesale clubs, and gourmet stores.
