NORTH HAVEN - H. Pearce Co., Realtors President and CEO Barbara L. Pearce announced that her company has expanded its services to older adults with the launch of H. Pearce Senior Services Program. Pearce's Corporate Services Division has developed a program to address the needs of seniors. Using the experience of the Relocation Division, the program is administered by counselors who serve as a single point of contact for seniors and retirement communities.
A training program has begun to help the company's "senior specialists" understand the needs of this target market. With a class called "Senior Speak," they will be better informed about the things that are important to this population and about the many difficult choices that they have to make. The company has also developed a Senior Resource Guide book for clients. "Moving Made Easy for Seniors" is provided to help them during the decision-making process and beyond.
