NORTH HAVEN - Michael Mauro of the Mauro Motors Co. has purchased an 86,000-square-foot warehouse distribution building at 80 Defco Park Road for $3,485,000. Mauro will use approximately half of the building for vehicle storage and preparation. Seller Parcel Port, LLC will lease back the other half of the building to operate its East Coast fulfillment business. Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz represented Mauro, while Kristin Geenty and William Clark of the Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the seller.
