SHELTON - A Trumbull company's plans for a $11 million headquarters sailed through an April 9 public hearing. SureSource Inc., an Internet and telecommunications company, wants to construct a 141,500-square-foot office building and distribution center on a 20.7-acre site on Constitution Boulevard South.
SureSource President Todd Holson said that 100 employees now housed at the company's Trumbull Corporate Park offices would be moved to the Shelton site. If the city approves his proposal, he hopes to have 200 people working there before long. Constitution Boulevard South is one of Shelton's fastest growing corporate corridors. Steep hills, a plateau, and a brook characterize the 20.7-acre site. In 1997, the city approved Griffin Hospital's plans for a health-care facility.
