HSS Inks Deal with CAI

| HAMDEN - HSS Inc., which develops software and e-commerce solutions for managing coding, reimbursement and compliance in the health-care marketplace, has signed a contract to provide its WinStrat prospective payment (PPS) and coding solution to Coalition America Inc. (CAI), an Atlanta-based provider of health-care cost-containment programs for TPAs, payers, insurance companies and self-administered multistate employers. CAI will use WinStrat's coding, reimbursement and compliance capabilities to reprice facility claims, as well as to negotiate charges to the benefit of its payer customer base.
