NEW HAVEN - Mary Lou Weinzimmer and business partner Karen Conlin recently moved Urban Objects into new digs at 1022 Chapel Street. The gift store carries an assortment of jewelry, bath products, baby and maternity items and recently added French linens to the line. The new location just about doubles the size of the store and places the storefront directly on busy Chapel Street rather than the store's former Sherman's Alley location. “This is a great opportunity,” says Weinzimmer. “We have definitely seen more traffic.” Urban Objects is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Sunday and until 8 p.m. on Thursdays during the holiday season.
