ROCKY HILL - F.R.E.D. (Find Real Estate Daily) is the icon for Prudential Connecticut Realty's HOMEdelivery service. This popular Internet search service sent 66,000 e-mails highlighting more than 100,000 properties to in excess of 3,800 prospective buyers in just three months. The buyers signed up for the free service by logging on to the company's Web site, prudentialct.com. Once a shopper registers, F.R.E.D. searches the entire Connecticut real estate market for properties that meet the client's specific criteria and instantly delivers the information via e-mail. The HOMEdelivery feature continues to search the market daily and delivers new listings to buyers' e-mail until they cancel the service.
